Coffee Stain Studios – Where Play, Focus & Flow Converge

Coffee Stain Studios is one of Sweden’s leading game developers, known globally for Goat Simulator, Sanctum, and Satisfactory. With over 100 creatives and a role as both developer and publisher, the studio supports emerging talents like Iron Gate Studio (Valheim), as part of the Embracer Group.

In 2019, Coffee Stain partnered with Montecinos Franjola Design to reimagine its Skövde headquarters—transforming a historic former bank into a bold 3,000 m², five-floor creative hub that merges architectural heritage with modern functionality.

 Key features include:
– A mix of offices and collaborative workspaces
– Cinema room, gaming room, and karaoke lounge
– Gym and climbing wall
– Large conference rooms and quiet zones
– Two kitchens, dining areas, and a rooftop terrace with firepit
– “Navet,” a central gathering space and heart of the studio

 Design highlights include restored original stone flooring, custom curved sofas, sculptural lighting, and materials from Romo Group, Moooi, &Tradition, and others—all curated to support creativity, well-being, and growth.

 Today, Coffee Stain Studios is more than a workplace—it’s a thriving ecosystem where great games and great ideas are born.
